Flew into Austin, TX for a family event and wanted a custom hat. I didn't want some overpriced touristy type of hat from some 6th boutique thought. Looked up Ranchers Hat Store and made the two hour drive for nothing but the best service! We went over types, shapes, sizes, and more importantly, the best explanation of how the hat is formed. 100% worth the experience as well! This Midwest city boy will be back for another in the future!

Had a wedding to go to and the day before I opened my hat can to find my nice black felt hat with a crease in the brim. Took it here and Manny took the time to fix the crease and make sure that hat looked better then it did they day I bought it!!! 100% recommend Manny for all of your hat needs!!!! Next time I am in Texas and need my hat shaped and cleaned I will most certainly make the drive here.
