RETURN POLICY

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

Custom & Shaped Hats

We take great care in shaping and customizing hats to your specifications. If your hat isn’t quite right, please reach out—we may be able to guide you through minor adjustments at home.

Our Error: If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement.

Your Error: If the return is due to incorrect sizing, a change of mind, or any other personal reason, you will be responsible for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee will apply to returned hats.

IMPORTANT: If your item arrives damaged, you must email us clear photos of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Without photos as proof of damage upon arrival, we cannot process a return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email ranchersstore@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and process the store credit.

Ranchers Hat Store reserves the right to deny a return if items are worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for store credit. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
