Our Story
Hey y’all we’re Miriam and Manny Reyes, the husband-and-wife team behind Ranchers.
Our journey started in 2019 with a brand called Del Rancho Wear, where we sold western fashion and hats online. Over time, we realized our true passion was all about the hats. So we rebranded, refined our focus, and opened our first storefront in Brenham, Texas. After two years of growth and incredible community support, we made the move to Chappell Hill, TX a place that truly feels like home.
At Ranchers, we’re not just selling hats we’re sharing stories, shaping styles, and honoring the culture that raised us. Whether you’re visiting our hat bar in person or shopping online, we hope you feel like family.

Meet Your Hat Shapers
Expert craftsmen dedicated to shaping the perfect hat for you
Manny
Manny’s been shaping hats since 2019, but his love for cowboy hats goes way back. Growing up in Brenham, TX surrounded by ranching, rodeos, and charrería a good hat was never just an accessory it was a way of life. From trying on his dad’s hats as a kid to showing animals in 4-H, hats have always been a part of who he is. He’s spent years learning the craft hands-on, shaping each hat with the same pride and respect he grew up around. From local rodeos to big stages like the Calgary Stampede, Manny’s goal is simple: to keep the cowboy tradition alive, one hat at a time.
Ayn
Ayn has been shaping hats with us since June 2025. He moved to Brenham in 2022 from Palmer, a small town south of Dallas. Growing up, he developed a love for cowboy culture through western movies and time spent around horses on his grandma’s farm. In 2023, at WCF, he met Manny and instantly connected over hats. After talking through how to get started, they worked out a deal for the summer, Ayn would help in the shop while learning the craft of hat shaping. When asked why he loves shaping, Ayn says, “It shows a lot about a person. Every hat its shape, color, size, whether it’s old or new reflects someone’s personality.” He believes those differences are what make everyone unique.
